Mike Edmondson - Teacher
Mike has been an active performer throughout the northwest since 2000. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Music/guitar performance from Central Washington University and a Master’s Degree in Music/guitar performance from the University of Idaho. He has studied with many of the top classical guitarists in the region including Michael Partington (UW), James Reid (Idaho), James Durkee(CWU), and Paul Grove(Gonzaga). Not limited to the classical realm, he has studied jazz improvisation with notable northwest jazz men including Frank Seeberger and Vern Sielert and has performed in many big band and combo settings throughout the northwest. Mike moved to the Tri-Cities with his wife and fellow musician/educator Lauren who teaches orchestra in the Pasco school district |
